At first, DJ Paul and Juicy J of Three Six Mafia give us an uncomfortable feeling deep in the pits of our stomachs. Why in the world are these gangster rappers conducting an interview? we asked. “We’re doing a conversation piece called FACETIME. Uhh, we gonna ask you some questions and you can ask us some questions.”

Oh geeze, this is going to be lame, we thought. But we’re so glad we stuck through the first 35 seconds. Because then it got really good and really entertaining.

Followup questions, jokes, human interaction and getting T.O. to reveal the fact that he nearly peed himself when he saw Eva Mendes (who wouldn’t?). That’s good journalism there, fellas.

Before this interview, could you ever imagine Kenny G’s soprano saxophone playing sweet, sweet nothings into T.O. ears? Who knew that hardcore rappers could get T.O. to reveal his sensitive side once again?
