Dumbass Seattle cop should turn on SportsCenter once in awhile

It’s one thing for the Seattle police department to have no sense of importance and enforce a jaywalking law. It’s another thing to have Hellen Keller on the Seattle police department.

After last night’s Red Sox-Mariners game in Seattle, Manny Ramirez left the stadium with a brisk pace to fend off crowds and attention.

En route, “he started to cross South Royal Brougham Way, against the signals of a traffic cop who was directing pedestrians. The police officer demanded that Ramirez open his wallet and show identification. He warned him that he could face a $500 fine and possible arrest for disobeying a police officer. . .

(The cop) did ask Ramirez if he’d attended the game. After the brief lecture, and no argument from Ramirez, the police officer let him go with no further trouble.”

I’m just speechless. Absolutely speechless how someone can be that oblivious. Even if you’re not a baseball fan, how does a guy misinterpret Manny Ramirez for an average fan walking from the stadium?
