My ass tastes fine: At least Shaq respects Kobe’s game
Unless you’ve been in a cave in some foreign country with Osama bin Laden for the past few years, you know very well about the feud between Shaquille O’Neal and Kobe Bryant. They legitimately hate each other. Shaq makes light of it and Kobe flat out doesn’t want to talk about it.
The ultimate slam from Shaq to Kobe was his Kobe, Tell me how my ass tastes rap.
But you can’t say the big doesn’t respect Kobe’s play as a guard.
In a recent interview with NBA.com, Shaq was asked to name is all-time starting five. He named Hakeem Olajuwon, Charles Barkely, Karl Malone, Pistol Pete and of course, Michael Jordan.
Then he was asked to name a starting five from today.
Kobe, D-Wade, LeBron, Amaré and me at the five.
Wow. There are more than 200 current NBA players and Kobe makes the top 5. And he’s named first.
Maybe there’s not as much animosity as we all thought.
