But one of the best ways to express your fun side if you’re a pro athlete is through the Internet. Yes, the cyberworld opens you up to a much larger audience. Some of the best NBA guys have latched onto this.

Kobe jumping over cars and snakes became popular because of the net. Gilbert Arenas never fails to amaze readers on his blog. And Greg Oden is kinda like a giant teddy bear. But don’t forget about Channing Frye, either.

Portland center Channing Frye joined the likes of LeBron James and Tiger Woods when he got both of his corneas torn apart last week.

Lasik eye surgery is supposedly a relatively painless procedure. But watching this video shot by Frye’s close friend Ben Diggles, it’s hard to keep your stomach from turning.

Though you may lose your lunch when you watch the video, it’s well worth it from the entertainment you get from Frye in the beginning, when he’s cooked up on Valium and talking about his Air Force booties and farting.
